Milfontes Canoe Village is a training center for kayaking and canoeing.

It is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes, a small village located on the Alentejo Coast (2 hours from Lisbon, the capital of Portugal) and also in the village of Mértola, Alentejo Interior, where we offer one of only two regatta courses in Portugal.

Now it is the first Canoe and Kayak Sprint Course Lane in Southest Portugal

There are two sprint lane courses in Portugal and one of it is proudly ours. Nice weather almost all year, good food, nice and welcoming people like only Alentejo people are.

About the Training:

The course will be held at Mira River
Our partner Plastex will provide kayaks / canoes for the training team (these equipment will be stored at HS Milfontes Beach, across the river).
We thank you for your kindness in treating the boats as if they were yours.
If there is a problem with a boat, contact Plastex immediately.
We strongly advise all our clients to rent a car to be able to roam freely in and around Milfontes, as they have many beaches and landscapes not to be missed throughout the Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina Natural Park!
